My Policies

BO0KING AND DEPOSIT POLICY

A 20% deposit is required for online booking only. Pre-booking in studio does not include fee. At the time of booking this deposit is nonrefundable and serves to secure your appointment time.

PRODUCT POLICY

Unused and unopened productsts may be returned within 14 days of purchase for studio credit. No returns on opened products.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or modified service time.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payments are required at the same time of service. I accept cash, debit/credit cards, and Venmo.

CHILD AND GUEST POLICY

Children and guests are welcome for services lasting 15-30 minutes. However, for the safety and relaxation of all clients, additional guests are not permitted during facial services.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued for completed services. If you’re not satisfied with the results, please get in touch with me as soon as possible, and I will work with you to find a solution or answer any questions. Keep in mind that we are working with skin and the body, and as a professional, I need to follow what your skin needs rather than just what you may want.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment. I adhere to the highest hygiene standards and all the tools and surfaces are sanitized between clients.

TREATMENT CONSENT

All clients must complete a consent form between undergoing my treatments.
